Getting your credentials
- Sign in to your Emelia account.
- Open the settings area covering API access and generate an API key.
- Copy the key and paste it into the credential’s API Key field in BusyBot.
Permissions and scopes
The key acts on the account that issued it, so campaigns belonging to a different account are not visible to the workflow.
Troubleshooting
- 401 Unauthorized — the key is wrong or was regenerated in Emelia.
- Campaign not found — the campaign ID is wrong, or it belongs to a different account than the key.
