Compute
Workflows require compute. Compute is billed by the hour, for every hour beyond included hours. Pro and Enterprise plans run unmetered on dedicated infrastructure.
Storage
Storage is allocated for Knowledge Bases, files, and historical context and is charged on a monthly rate. Storage is only charged beyond the plan's included space.

How does BusyBot billing work?
Three meters settle into one credit balance: LLM tokens at your plan's markup over provider list price, compute per hour a workflow runtime is alive beyond your included hours, and storage measured nightly and charged at a monthly rate. You are never asked to reason about three separate bills.
What is the token markup on each plan?
Rates over provider list price are Trial +100%, Starter +50%, Pro +25%, Enterprise +10%. Measured against the full Trial rate that is Starter 50% off, Pro 75% off, Enterprise 90% off. Cached tokens are billed at the same rate as fresh ones.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Yes, on any paid plan — Starter, Pro, Enterprise. Model calls then run on your key and are billed by the provider directly, with no BusyBot markup on tokens. Compute and storage are still metered. Trial does not support BYOK.

What does the Pro private cloud actually give me?
