What the service does

BusyBot runs workflows and agents you configure, calling third-party APIs with credentials you supply and language models you select. You are responsible for what your workflows do and for holding valid access to the systems you connect.

Who may use BusyBot

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account. BusyBot is a business tool and is not directed at children. By creating an account you confirm this and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Billing, in plain terms

• Usage is metered across three dimensions — model tokens, compute time and storage — which settle into a single credit balance.
• Within those meters, file processing — transcription, OCR and image reading — is billed as usage, and so are AI steps in workflows that run on BusyBot's model keys.
• Subscription credits are granted per billing period and expire at the end of that period. Prepaid credits have their own expiry.
• Auto-refill is off unless you turn it on. When it is on, we charge your saved card the amount shown in Settings (by default $20) whenever your balance falls below the trigger shown there (by default $5). You can turn it off at any time in Settings → Billing.
• When your balance reaches zero, new metered operations are refused. An operation already running (a workflow, or a chat or agent turn in progress) finishes and is billed, so your balance can go slightly below zero; a refund or chargeback also removes the credits it paid for. A negative balance is taken from the next credits you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use BusyBot to:

• Break the law, or breach your agreements with the services you connect.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or scrape systems you have no right to access.
• Generate material that harms people — including content sexualising minors, targeted harassment, or instructions for violence.
• Attack the platform: circumventing quotas, escaping the code sandbox, or reaching other tenants' data.

Your content

Your workflows, agents, knowledge bases and files remain yours. We access them only to run the service and to fix problems you report. We do not train models on them.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time in Settings. What closing deletes, and what we keep, is set out in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks the acceptable-use rules above or puts the service or other users at risk.

Warranties and liability

BusyBot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Language models can produce wrong or incomplete output and third-party services can change or fail, so check anything important before you rely on it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

When these terms change, this page changes with them; the date below is when it last changed.
