- Sign in to your LoneScale workspace.
- Open the settings area covering API access or integrations and generate an API key.
- Copy the key and paste it into the credential’s API Key field in BusyBot.
Permissions and scopes
The key acts on the workspace that issued it. Lists in another workspace need that workspace’s own key.
Troubleshooting
- 401 Unauthorized — the key is wrong or was regenerated.
- List not found — the list ID belongs to a different workspace than the key does.
