Productivity integrations and nodes
Productivity nodes work with the tools where tasks, documents, calendars and forms live. Notion, Asana, Trello and Jira Software create and update pages, tasks, cards and issues; Google Calendar creates events and checks availability; Google Docs and Google Slides edit documents and presentations from inside a workflow; and form triggers such as Typeform Trigger start a workflow the moment someone submits a response.
50 nodes — 32 actions and 18 triggers. Every page documents the shipped node: real parameters, real outputs, real error behaviour.
Tasks, documents, calendars and forms
Tasks and issues. Notion queries databases and creates pages, Asana manages tasks, projects and comments, Trello manages boards, cards and checklists, and Jira Software creates, searches and transitions issues. ClickUp, Monday.com, Todoist, Linear and Google Tasks cover the same work in their own tools.
Documents and calendars. Google Docs creates documents and replaces text in them, Google Slides replaces text across slides and exports thumbnails, and Coda reads and writes table rows. Google Calendar creates and updates events and checks whether a calendar is free, and Google Contacts manages contacts.
Service desks and HR. ServiceNow and Freshservice manage incidents and tickets, HelpScout manages conversations, and BambooHR manages employees and their documents. Airtop drives cloud browser sessions and extracts data from a page with an AI prompt.
Triggers
Webhook triggers: Asana Trigger, Trello Trigger, ClickUp Trigger, Jira Trigger, Flow Trigger, Calendly Trigger, Cal.com Trigger, Acuity Scheduling Trigger, Typeform Trigger, Wufoo Trigger, SurveyMonkey Trigger, KoBoToolbox Trigger, Workable Trigger and Onfleet Trigger. Polling: Notion Trigger, Google Calendar Trigger, Clockify Trigger and Toggl Trigger.
Example workflows
- Bookings become tasks. Calendly Trigger fires when someone books a meeting, Notion creates a page in a database with the booking’s details, and Todoist creates a follow-up task with a due date.
- Triage new issues. Jira Trigger fires when an issue is created, Claude Structured Output classifies it into a category with a priority and a summary, and Jira Software adds the summary to the issue as a comment.
- Status deck from tasks. Asana gets the tasks assigned to a user in a project, Aggregate combines them into one item, and Google Slides replaces the placeholder text across a template presentation.

Frequently asked questions
Which productivity events can start a workflow?
Task tools: Asana Trigger, Trello Trigger, ClickUp Trigger, Jira Trigger and Flow Trigger receive webhooks, and Notion Trigger polls a database for new or updated pages. Scheduling: Calendly Trigger, Cal.com Trigger and Acuity Scheduling Trigger fire on bookings, and Google Calendar Trigger polls for event changes. Forms: Typeform Trigger, Wufoo Trigger, SurveyMonkey Trigger and KoBoToolbox Trigger. Time tracking: Clockify Trigger and Toggl Trigger. Workable Trigger and Onfleet Trigger cover candidates and deliveries.
What is the difference between a webhook trigger and a polling trigger?
A webhook trigger such as Trello Trigger is called by the service when something happens. A polling trigger such as Notion Trigger or Google Calendar Trigger checks the service on an interval and keeps state between checks, so the same page or event is not processed twice.
How do productivity nodes combine with AI nodes?
An AI node can turn a form response into tasks and documents. Typeform Trigger receives a submission, Gemini Structured Output extracts the fields you define, Asana creates a task with them, and Google Docs replaces the placeholder text in a template document with the same values.
