Sales integrations and nodes
Sales nodes keep CRMs and online stores in step with what happens elsewhere. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM create and update contacts, deals and leads; Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento 2 manage orders, products and customers; and Clearbit, Hunter and Dropcontact enrich a lead with company data and email addresses. Triggers for the main CRMs and stores start a workflow when a record changes or an order is placed.
25 nodes — 17 actions and 8 triggers. Every page documents the shipped node: real parameters, real outputs, real error behaviour.
CRMs, stores and lead data
CRMs. HubSpot manages contacts, companies, deals, tickets and engagements. Salesforce creates and updates records, runs SOQL queries and uploads attachments. Pipedrive manages deals, leads, persons, organizations and their files. Zoho CRM, Keap, Affinity and Salesmate cover the same ground in their own platforms.
Stores and payments. Shopify manages orders and products, WooCommerce manages products, orders and customers, and Magento 2 adds invoices. Paddle manages subscriptions, coupons and payments, and Tapfiliate manages affiliates.
Lead data. Clearbit and Uplead enrich companies and people, Hunter finds and verifies email addresses for a domain, Dropcontact finds B2B emails, and LoneScale builds prospect lists.
A sales workflow usually starts from a trigger in this category, checks or enriches the record with a lead-data node, and writes the result to the CRM with an operation that matches on a key, such as HubSpot’s create-or-update by email or Zoho CRM’s upsert, so that running it twice on the same lead does not create a duplicate.
Triggers
Webhook triggers: HubSpot Trigger, Pipedrive Trigger, Copper Trigger, Affinity Trigger, Shopify Trigger, WooCommerce Trigger and Gumroad Trigger. Polling: Salesforce Trigger.
Example workflows
- New order into the CRM. Shopify Trigger fires when an order is created, HubSpot creates or updates the customer’s contact by email, and HubSpot creates a deal in a pipeline stage.
- Find the right contact. Hunter finds the email addresses at a company’s domain, Hunter verifies that the chosen address is deliverable, and Pipedrive creates a lead associated with the organization.
- Enrich every new contact. HubSpot Trigger fires when a contact is created, Uplead enriches the person by email address, and Zoho CRM creates the contact with the enriched fields.

Frequently asked questions
Which sales events can start a workflow?
HubSpot Trigger, Pipedrive Trigger, Copper Trigger and Affinity Trigger receive webhooks for CRM records such as contacts, deals and organizations, and Salesforce Trigger polls for new or modified records. Shopify Trigger, WooCommerce Trigger and Gumroad Trigger fire on store events such as orders, customers and sales, and LoneScale Trigger fires on buying signals for tracked prospects.
Does HubSpot Trigger use the same credential as HubSpot?
No. The HubSpot node connects with a HubSpot API credential, while HubSpot Trigger uses a HubSpot Developer API credential made of a developer API key, an app ID and a client secret. Most other pairs share one type: Pipedrive and Pipedrive Trigger both use Pipedrive API, Shopify and Shopify Trigger both use Shopify API, and Salesforce and Salesforce Trigger both use Salesforce OAuth2.
How do sales nodes combine with AI nodes?
AI nodes turn unstructured input into CRM fields. OpenAI Structured Output extracts contact details from an email or a form into a JSON object, HubSpot creates or updates the contact by email, and If checks a deal amount against a threshold before anyone is notified.
